Some 2012 – 2014 model year Corolla vehicles equipped with a 2ZR-FE engine (or 2014 model year 2ZR-FAE) and some 2012 – 2013 model year Matrix vehicles equipped with a 2ZR-FE engine may exhibit a MIL “ON” with DTC P219A (Bank 1 Air-Fuel Ratio Imbalance) present. See TSB 0107-14 This repair is covered under the Toyota Powertrain Warranty. This warranty is in effect for 60 months or 60,000 miles, whichever occurs first, from the vehicle’s in-service date. Replace the Cylinder Head, all Exhaust Valves and Intake Valves for the affected cylinder.
