See TSB 0102-12 Some 2011-2012 Toyota Highlander HV vehicles may exhibit a MIL on with DTC P314A, information code 828 (inverter coolant pump speed signal) stored in the power management control ECU (HV ECU). This bulletin applies to vehicles produced before the production change effective VIN JTEDC3EH#C2007148. Using TIS Techstream, confirm that DTC P314A, information code 828 is present. If this DTC is present, check the INV W/P fuse for loose fitting in the engine room relay block No. 2. If the fuse is loose, proceed to Step 3. If not, this bulletin does not apply. Replace the engine room relay block No. 2. Be sure to disconnect the 12V auxiliary battery prior to removing the pins from the engine room relay block No. 2.
