Some 2007-2011 Toyota Camry Hybrid vehicles equipped with a 2AZ-FXE engine may exhibit a MIL (Check Engine Light On) condition with code P0136 Oxygen Sensor Bank 1 Sensor 2 code stored in the ECU. The oxygen sensor and Hybrid Vehicle ECU logic have been modified to reduce the possibility on this occurring. See TSB 0072-12 for more information. The ECU does not need to be replaced, only updated with current software. This repair is covered under the Toyota Hybrid Vehicle System Warranty for 96 months or 100,000 miles.
